Reservations: The room of your choice will be guaranteed upon payment of a one-night deposit.

Cancellations: Because The Pineapple Inn has a small number of rooms, your Innkeeper needs as much notice as possible if you must cancel your reservation. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be refunded, minus a $25.00 processing fee. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITH LESS THAN 14 DAYS NOTICE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! Whole house cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance to avoid a charge for the full amount of the reservation.

Check In Time is 3:00 p.m. However, if that time is inconvenient for you, please call to make an appointment for check-in, so I can be sure to be here to greet you. (The Innkeeper occasionally needs to run errands!)

Check Out Time is 10:00 a.m.

House Rules: For the comfort and safety of all guests:

The use of candles or incense is not permitted in guest rooms. Additionally, this Inn is a tobacco-free facility. Please limit use of tobacco products to porches. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in a $150 room cleaning charge.

Children are welcome at The Pineapple Inn, and there are many activities they'll enjoy, such as popular family videos, games, toys, books, and a swingset. For the children's safety and the comfort of all guests, parents are expected to oversee their children's activities and curtail running, jumping, and loud behavior in the house.

Due to local health regulations, family pets cannot be accommodated. Your Innkeeper can suggest suitable arrangements to board the family pet in a safe and healthy environment nearby.

Only registered guests are permitted in the guestrooms. Visitors are welcome to use the yard, porches, and common areas.

While there is no guest curfew, quiet time is observed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Please keep the volume on TVs & music low, and footsteps and conversations in the hallways quiet so as not to wake sleeping guests!

There is a lost key charge of $10.00.

Wastebaskets are provided in each room. Please do not flush any products except toilet tissue down the commode!

If the climate in your room is not to your comfort, please see the innkeeper, who will be happy to make any necessary modifications. Please do not open windows when the A/C or heating system is on.

Guest rooms are equipped with a telephone for outgoing local calls. Long-distance service is available with a calling card. Cell phone reception is generally excellent in Macomb.

Management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who does not respect the guest policies of The Pineapple Inn.
